Ghouls and Ghosts Remix is a faithful remake of the classic Ghouls and Ghosts game with a pinch of the follow ups Ghosts and Goblins and Super Ghouls and Ghosts thrown in for good measure. Ghouls and Ghosts Remix is completely open source and so it can be modified to your own liking if you have any game coding skills.

The graphics and sound effects are just like as in the original as you take control of Arthur the Knight in his fight against skulls and zombies. Along the way, you've got to avoid skulls, coffins, vampires and just about every ghost and ghouls cliche you can imagine. The game remains intensely frustrating when it comes to trying to slay your victims but that's part of it's appeal.
